Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering exceptional quality. If you are not satisfied, we work with you to make it right.
Advance Payment
The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers design research, planning, and initial development time.
Full Refund Eligibility
In the rare event that NexStaq is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed scope due to internal reasons, a full refund (including the advance) will be issued immediately.
Partial Refund
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to the cancellation date, at our discretion.
