Proposal
Day 1–2 — Sent within 24 hoursA clear plan before any money changes hands.
Within 24 hours of our discovery call, we send you a written proposal. This includes the exact scope of work, what's included and what's not, a fixed price (no hidden fees), the delivery timeline, and the payment terms. We don't start building until you've read this, asked any questions you have, and signed off.

Design & Build
Days 2–6 — Varies by projectWhere the magic happens.
This is where we go heads-down. Using AI-assisted design tools, we create the visual direction and get your approval before writing a line of code. Once you approve the design direction, we build in Next.js — custom components, optimised assets, mobile-first layouts, and real content (not lorem ipsum). You get a live preview link to review at every major milestone.

Review
Days 6–7 — Up to 2 roundsYour feedback, taken seriously.
We give you a full walk-through of the finished site and collect your feedback systematically. You get up to 2 rounds of revisions included — changes to copy, colours, layout adjustments, additional sections. We track every revision request and confirm completion. We also run the site through Lighthouse, check mobile responsiveness on real devices, and validate all links and forms before moving to launch.

Launch
Day 7–10 — You choose the dateZero drama. Full readiness.
When you say go, we go. Domain configuration, SSL certificate, Vercel deployment with global CDN, Google Search Console setup, sitemap submission — all handled by us. You don't need to understand any of this; you just need to tell your customers to visit your new website. We stick around for 48 hours post-launch to catch and fix any issues that emerge in production.

Questions we hear a lot.
How long does a project take?+
Most projects are delivered within 5–10 days from the discovery call. Our Starter plan (single-page sites) takes 5–7 days. Professional multi-page sites take 7–10 days. Premium projects with custom features and animations can take 2–3 weeks. We always agree on the timeline upfront and stick to it — we hate waiting for deliveries as much as you do.
What do I need to provide?+
We need: (1) access to a 30–45 minute discovery call, (2) any logo files you have (if you don't have one, we'll create something simple), (3) any existing brand colours or preferences, (4) the content you want on the site — text about your business, services, pricing, and any photos. If you don't have professional photos, we source high-quality, relevant stock imagery. We can also write your content for you as part of the project.
How many revisions do I get?+
Every plan includes 2 full rounds of revisions. A revision round means you send us a consolidated list of changes and we implement all of them — this is not a per-change limit. After the 2 included rounds, additional revision rounds are billed at ₹999 each. In practice, most projects are approved after the first revision round because we align on direction early and show you milestones throughout.
Do you offer post-launch support?+
Yes. Every project includes 48 hours of free post-launch bug fixing — if something breaks or looks wrong in production, we fix it at no charge. Beyond that, we offer ongoing maintenance and update packages starting at ₹1,499/month, which covers monthly content updates, security patches, and performance monitoring. You're never left stranded.
What happens to my site after you build it?+
You own everything. The code is yours, the domain is yours, the hosting account is in your name. We don't lock you into proprietary tools or platforms. If you ever want to move to a different developer or manage the site yourself, there are zero barriers. We even provide documentation on how to make basic updates.
Can I see work in progress before the site is finished?+
Absolutely — and we encourage it. You'll receive a Vercel preview URL after the design direction is approved (usually Day 2–3). You can visit this link at any time to see the site as it's being built. We find that this transparency prevents surprises and leads to better outcomes for everyone.
